1. Service Tax 10.3 % applicable on all Venues and Services.
2. VAT 12.5 % applicable on Catering services.
 * Security Deposit (refundable / adjustable) 3. The availability of a venue on a particular date & time could be checked on phone (011-43535353).
4. If available, it could be tentatively blocked for a period of three days.
5. The request for firm booking should reach the Centre at an early date by e-mail/ fax/ by hand/ post/ or courier.
6. An advance payment is to be made through Cash/ Cheque/ Credit Card/ Pay Order in favour of 'India Islamic Cultural Centre' payable at New Delhi for the duration under consideration
7. The confirmation with a request for advance & security deposit (refundable/adjustable) will be communicated to the concerned.
8. Once the payment is received, the booking would be treated as 'Confirmed'.
